Hardwired Ethics for
Autonomous Intelligence

Software guardrails can be jailbroken. Prompts can be bypassed. We translate Asimov’s Three Laws into silicon-level specifications—enforcing safety through physics, immutable WORM memory, and hardware interlocks.

// The Hardware Laws

Law #01 — Safety Interlock

Human Protection

"An AI entity may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm."

Silicon Spec: Physical gate-level interlocks & air-gapped co-processors that cut actuator power deterministically.
Law #02 — Command Lock

Constrained Obedience

"An AI entity must obey orders given by human beings, except where such orders conflict with First Law."

Silicon Spec: Cryptographic multi-sig mandate requiring HSM/FIDO2 token validation for root operations.
Law #03 — WORM Memory

Immutable Audit

"An AI entity must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with 1st or 2nd Law."

Silicon Spec: Write-Once Read-Many (WORM) secure enclave for telemetry logs; impossible to erase or falsify.
